MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – January 9, 2012 5:00 PM

Michael and Robin from the 501C3 board reviewed the donation items with the Board of Selectmen.
Fire Chief Robert Littlefield was reminded that when scheduling the Training Room at the Public Safety Complex that the calendar be checked for availability.
The Tolland Volunteer Fire Department has been asked to shut off all lights in the truck bays.
A fee of $7.00 per $1,000 of the construction cost for solar farms was set. The fee was based on other towns with existing farms.
Received a medical release for Sargent Edwin Deming, the SelectBoard reinstated him to full duty.
The Board of Selectmen appointed Kirsten S. Kelmelis as Ballot and Talley Clerk.
